1. Services Offered
Word Nerds Editing provides professional editing services, including developmental editing, line editing, copyediting, proofreading, and manuscript evaluation. Details of each service are outlined on our Services page or in your individual quote.
 

2. Quotes and Payment
Quotes are provided based on project scope, word count, and turnaround time. Once you accept a quote, payment terms will be outlined in our agreement. In most cases, a deposit is required to reserve a spot on the calendar.
 

3. Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel a project, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds may be offered at our discretion, depending on how much work has already been completed.
 

4. Turnaround Times
Estimated delivery dates are provided at the time of booking. We do our best to meet deadlines, but cannot be held responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances or delays in client communication.
 

5. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of your manuscript and any original content you submit. Word Nerds Editing does not claim rights to your work.
 

6. Confidentiality
All materials shared with Word Nerds Editing will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your written consent.
 

7. Disclaimer
Editing improves the quality of your writing but does not guarantee publication, acceptance by agents, or specific sales outcomes. We provide professional feedback and services to the best of our ability based on the information and materials provided.
